Within an hour west of the property are the larger towns of Tilaran and Canas with several picturesque villages along the way. The city of Liberia and its nearby international airport are just one more hour down the road.

There is also a guest bedroom suite with full bath, and a large patio area and a half-bath off the living area. The second floor includes the master suite with full bath, walk-in closet, and lake-view whirlpool tub. There is a large guest bedroom with nearby full bath. Also on the second floor is a study and lounging area with electronic fireplace and surround-sound. This home includes a third-floor exercise and meditation studio with windows on three sides, which also may be used as an additional bedroom.
